摘 要:新型无机化工复合材料广泛应用于新能源高技术领域,而超级电容器作为一种新型的储能设备吸引了越来越多的科研工作者的目光。超级电容器中以金属氧化物为电极材料的法拉第赝电容型电容器与以碳材料为主的双电层型电容器相比具有很大优势。过渡金属氧化物具有易制备、成本低、电化学性能优异等优点,但其导电性差,而石墨烯具有高导电性和高比表面积特点,基于此,制备金属氧化物/石墨烯复合物作为电极材料成为当下研究热点。通过对近期科研人员的相关研究进展,综述了石墨烯与过渡金属氧化物复合材料在超级电容器中应用进展和前景。New inorganic chemical composite materials are widely used in the high-tech field of new energy,supercapacitor as a new type of energy storage equipment,have attracted more and more researchers'attention.The faraday capacitance of metal oxide is much larger than double layer capacitance of the carbon material.The transition metal oxide is easy to obtain,cheap and exhibits outstanding electrochemical properties.However,its conductivity is bad.In addition,graphene has excellent conductivity and high specific surface area.Based on this,the preparation of metallic oxide/Graphene composites as electrode materials has become the current research hotspot.The application progress and prospect of composite materials of Graphene and Transition metal oxides in supercapacitors are reviewed based on the recent research progress of researchers.
