乐山实施科教兴市战略的路径选择

摘　　要：科技、教育、人才是实现“变轨超车”的基础性、战略性支撑。乐山科教事业取得了长足进步,但与省内其他市州相比,科技创新对生产发展的驱动力不强、教育资源对城市发展的牵动力不强、人口人才对全面发展的推动力不强等问题依然突出。结合乐山的发展基础和发展谋划,乐山未来发展要科学调整发展战略,提前谋划部署;坚持科创带动发展,强化发展支撑;坚持教育优先发展,夯实发展基础;坚持人才引领驱动,强化智力支撑。Science and technology,education and talents is the basic and strategic support to realize"track-change and overtaking".Leshan has made great progress in science and education.Nevertheless,compared with other cities and states in the province,scientific and technological innovation on the production and development of the driving force is not sufficiently strong,educational resources on the development of the city's pulling force are insufficient and the population of talented people on the overall development of the driving force is not big,which is still prominent.Combined with Leshan's development foundation and development planning,the new basic idea of Leshan's future development should be adjusted to science and education,industry and strong city.Leshan should adhere to the development driven by science and innovation,strengthen the development support,adhere to the priority development of education,strengthen the development foundation,adhere to the talent leading drive and strengthen the intellectual support.
