摘 要:为探究telocytes(TCs)在内关穴的形态特征及其与周围结构的关系,分析“逆灸”对其微细结构的形态响应,本文选用健康SD雄性大鼠为研究对象,分为正常组和艾灸干预组,正常组不做处理,艾灸干预组进行“逆灸”内关穴10 d,通过HE、Masson染色,CD34+和c-kit+免疫荧光双标,透射电镜检测,进行系统研究。结果显示,内关穴分布有丰富的TCs,它们与皮肤中的血管、神经、脂肪细胞、筋膜和胶原纤维等密切相接,显示出其与周围成分的联系功能。进一步发现,与正常组对比,“逆灸”组TCs的突起(Tps)增长,TCs周围胞外囊泡增多,TCs之间的细胞连接增加,表明“艾灸”可在形态上激活TCs,并增强其信息传递功能。提示,作为心包经的关键穴位,内关穴中的TCs有望成为艾灸预防心血管疾病机制研究的新靶位。In order to investigate the morphological characteristics of telocytes(TCs)at the Neiguan acupoints and their relationship with the surrounding structures,and to analyze the morphological response of“reverse moxibustion”by their microstructures,in this study,healthy SD male rats were used as research subjects,which were divided into the normal group and the moxibustion intervention group.The normal group was not treated,and the moxibustion intervention group was subjected to“reverse moxibustion”at the Neiguan point for 10 days.And a systematic study was conducted using HE and Masson staining,CD34+and c-kit+immunofluorescence double labeling,transmis⁃sion electron microscopy,and the“reverse moxibustion”method.The results showed that the Neiguan acupoints were richly distributed with TCs,which were closely connected with the blood vessels,nerves,adipocytes,fascia,and collagen fibers in the skin of the rats,demonstra⁃ting their function of connecting with the surrounding components.It was further found that,compared with the normal group,the TCs in the“reverse moxibustion”group showed increase in the number of telopodes(Tps),in the secretion of extracellular vesicles,and in the cell junction between the TCs;which suggested that“moxibustion”morphologically activated the TCs and enhanced their information transmission function.This indicated that,as a key acupoint in the pericardium meridian,the TCs in the Neiguan acupoint was expected to be a new target for the study of the mechanism of moxibustion in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
