摘　　要：当前派出所警务信息化工作面临人才缺乏、基础工作不足、管理机制不完善和投入不够等问题,影响公共安全效率和社会稳定。对此,应加大信息技术人才引进和培养,加强信息化培训,提升民警应用能力;同时,建立科学管理机制,确保信息化建设科学有效;还要加大投入,提升软硬件水平。这些措施的实施,将推动警务信息化深入发展,提高公安工作效能,为维护社会治安稳定贡献积极力量。Currently,the police informationization work of local police stations is facing problems such as the lack of talents,insufficient basic work,imperfect management mechanisms,and insufficient investment,which affect the efficiency of public security and social stability.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the introduction and cultivation of information technology talents,enhance information training,and improve the application ability of police officers.At the same time,a scientific management mechanism should be established to ensure the scientific and effective information construction.It is also necessary to increase investment and improve the level of software and hardware.The implementation of these measures will promote the deep development of police informationization,improve the efficiency of public security work,and contribute positive forces to maintaining social security and stability.
