摘　　要：如何实质性推进共同富裕,成为当前我国最具前沿性的重大理论和实践议题。扎实推进共同富裕不仅要求经济发展成果的普惠化,更涉及公共服务的均等化诉求。相应地,缩小贫富差距、推动共同富裕蕴含着加强和创新社会治理、实现公共服务均等化的要求。基于此,本文分析了具有代表性的西部地区甘肃酒泉、东部地区浙江省各市社会治理现状,得出了优化东西部社会治理协作发展结论,研究东西部社会治理协作,取其精华去其糟粕,发扬东部地区社会治理优秀成果,提升西部地区社会治理综合水平。How to substantially promote common prosperity has become the most cutting-edge theoretical and practical issue in China.Solidly promoting common prosperity not only requires the inclusiveness of economic development achievements,but also involves the demand for equalization of public services.Correspondingly,narrowing the wealth gap and promoting common prosperity require strengthening and innovating social governance,and achieving equalization of public services.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of social governance in Jiuquan,Gansu Province in the western region,and cities in Zhejiang Province in the eastern region,and draws a conclusion on optimizing the development of social governance cooperation between the eastern and western regions.It studies the social governance cooperation between the eastern and western regions,takes its essence and removes its dregs,in order to promote the outstanding achievements of social governance in the eastern region,and improves the comprehensive level of social governance in the western region.
