摘  要:慈善活动是企业社会责任体现的一种重要形式,企业的慈善行为越来越被大众关注。对于企业来说,慈善活动既是社会活动也是经济活动。通过2021年鸿星尔克对郑州洪灾捐款5000万这一慈善行为分析,梳理其参与慈善事件后企业竞争力的变化,分析通过慈善事件提高其企业竞争力的原因,并为之后的发展前景提出建议和措施。Charity activities are an important form of embodiment of corporate social responsibility,and the charity behavior of enterprises is increasingly being paid attention to by the public.For enterprises,charity activities are both social and economic activities.This paper analyzes the charity behavior of ERKE's donation of 50 million to the Zhengzhou flood in 2021,and combs through the changes in corporate competitiveness after its participation in charity events.Then,it analyzes the reasons for improving its corporate competitiveness through charity events,and puts forward suggestions and measures for the development prospects afterwards.
