摘　　要：目的:对500张呼吸科处方用药进行分析及点评.方法:选取2023年1—6月广州医科大学附属第二医院开具的500张呼吸科处方进行研究,对其进行处方点评,分析处方的患者年龄组成、处方用药情况、处方构成、用药不适宜情况.结果:对500张处方中患者年龄组成进行统计,41~70岁年龄段患者占比最高,为48.80%.在西药使用方面,盐酸溴己新片使用次数最多(151次),其次为孟鲁司特钠片(133次)、复方甲氧那明胶囊(119次);在中成药使用方面,麻苓消咳颗粒的使用次数最多(53次).单一病种处方占比为69.80%,≥3种药物处方占比为74.60%,单一西药处方占比为56.60%.对500张处方中用药不合理情况进行统计,共有不合理处方64张,包括不规范处方11张、用药不适宜处方53张.结论:通过对500张呼吸科处方进行点评和分析,强调了在呼吸科处方中提高用药合理性的重要性.Objective:To analyze and review 500 respiratory prescriptions.Methods:A total of five hundred respiratory prescriptions issued by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January to June 2023 were selected for research,and prescription comments were made on them.The age composition of patients,drug use situation,prescription composition and drug inappropriateness were analyzed.Results:According to the statistics of the age composition of patients in 500 prescriptions,the proportion of patients aged 41 to 70 years old was the highest,which was 48.80%;in terms of the use of western medicine,bromhexine hydrochloride was the most frequently used(151 times),followed by Montelukast sodium tablets(133 times)and compound methoxyphenamine capsules(119 times);in terms of the use of proprietary Chinese medicine,Maling Xiaoke granule was used the most(53 times);the proportion of single disease prescriptions was 69.80%,the proportion of≥3 kinds of drug prescriptions was 74.60%,and the proportion of single western medicine prescriptions was 56.60%;according to the statistics of irrational drug use in 500 prescriptions,there were 64 irrational prescriptions,including 11 non-standard prescriptions and 53 inappropriate prescriptions.Conclusion:Through the review and analysis of 500 respiratory prescriptions,the importance of improving the rationality of drug use in respiratory prescriptions was emphasized.
