苦参汤加减熏洗外阴在阴道炎患者中应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究苦参汤加减熏洗外阴在阴道炎患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年1—11月安顺市普定县中医医院收治的阴道炎患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用苦参汤加减熏洗外阴治疗.比较两组临床疗效.结果:观察组黏膜充血、外阴阴道疼痛、外阴瘙痒和分泌物增多消失时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后1、2、3个月复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:苦参汤加减熏洗外阴治疗可促进阴道炎患者症状改善,降低机体炎性因子水平,降低复发率,且不会增加不良反应.Objective:To investigate the application effect of Kushen decoction plus and subtraction for fumigation of vulva in patients with vaginitis.Methods:Eighty patients with vaginitis admitted to Anshun Puding County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Kushen decoction plus and subtraction for fumigation of the vulva on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The mucosal congestion,vulvovaginal pain,vulvar itching and increased secretion disappeared earlier in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after the treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8,and tumor necrosis factor-alpha in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kushen decoction plus and subtraction for fumigation vulva treatment can promote the improvement of symptoms in patients with vaginitis,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body,reduce the recurrence rate,and will not increase the adverse reactions.
