加强手术护理配合方案在宫腔镜手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析加强手术护理配合方案在宫腔镜手术中的应用价值.方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月滨州医学院附属医院收治的拟行宫腔镜手术患者150例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各75例.对照组采用常规宫腔镜手术护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施加强手术护理配合方案.比较两组手术及恢复指标、并发症情况、心理应激情况.结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后复苏时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020);干预后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于干预前,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加强手术护理配合方案在宫腔镜手术中的应用价值较高,可提高手术效率,促进患者术后恢复,减少并发症发生,降低心理应激程度.Objective:To analyze the application value of enhanced surgical nursing collaboration program in hysteroscopic surgery.Methods:One hundred and fifty patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College for proposed hysteroscopic surgery from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with seventy-five cases.The control group used conventional hysteroscopic surgical care,and the observation group implemented an enhanced surgical nursing collaboration program on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of surgical and recovery indicators,complications,and psychological stress.Results:Intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,postoperative resuscitation time,and hospitalization time were shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.020);after the intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the enhanced surgical nursing collaboration program in hysteroscopic surgery is of high value,which can improve the efficiency of surgery,promote the postoperative recovery of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and reduce the degree of psychological stress.
