摘　　要：目的:讨论预见性护理预防小儿腹腔镜择期手术患儿非计划性低体温的应用效果.方法:选取2020年1月—2021年4月佛山市南海区妇幼保健院收治的64例小儿腹腔镜择期手术患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各32例.对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施预见性护理.比较两组非计划性低体温发生率、围术期体温、家属护理满意度.结果:研究组非计划性低体温发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011).两组进入手术室后、麻醉插管后体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术中10 min、术中30 min、术中60 min、进入麻醉恢复室后体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).研究组家属护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016).结论:预见性护理预防小儿腹腔镜择期手术患儿发生非计划性低体温中的应用效果良好,可有效防范该风险的发生,保持围术期体温良好,提高家属护理满意度.Objective:To discuss the application effect of anticipatory care to prevent unplanned hypothermia in children undergoing pediatric elective laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Sixty-four cases of pediatric elective laparoscopic surgery children admitted to Foshan Nanhai District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with thirty-two cases.The control group implemented conventional nursing care,and the study group implemented anticipatory nursing care on the basis of the control group.The incidence of unplanned hypothermia,perioperative temperature,and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of unplanned hypothermia in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of body temperatures between the two groups after entering the operating room and after anesthesia intubation(P>0.05);the intraoperative body temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 10 min,30 min,60 min,and after entering the anesthesia recovery room,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The family care satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).Conclusion:The application of anticipatory care in preventing the occurrence of unplanned hypothermia in children undergoing elective pediatric laparoscopic surgery is effective in preventing the occurrence of this risk,maintaining a good perioperative body temperature,and improving the satisfaction of family care.
