医护一体化护理模式对开展改良型中长导管置入术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护一体化护理模式对开展改良型中长导管置入术患者的影响.方法:选取2023年1—12月于佛山市三水区人民医院行改良型中长导管置入术的患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(医护一体化护理模式),各30例.比较两组护理效果.结果:干预后,两组日常导管观察、异常情况处理、导管管理信心、带管日常生活评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组导管维护依从率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组专业知识、宣教效果、服务态度、护理技术满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论:对改良型中长导管置入术患者实施医护一体化护理模式,有助于增强患者导管自我管理能力及自我维护依从性,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度.Objective:To explore the effect of integrated nursing mode on patients undergoing modified medium and long catheter implantation.Methods:A total of sixty patients who underwent modified medium and long catheter implantation in Foshan Sanshui District People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(integrated nursing mode)by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,daily catheter observation,abnormal situation handling,catheter management confidence and daily life scores with tubes were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the compliance rate of catheter maintenance in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of professional knowledge,education effect,service attitude and nursing skill satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of integrated nursing mode for patients with modified medium and long catheter implantation is helpful to enhance patients'self-management ability and self-maintenance compliance,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patients'satisfaction.
