摘　　要：急性肠系膜缺血疾病是一种严重的胃肠道疾病,因其病情发展迅速,若不及时治疗,常会导致患者死亡,因此及时对其进行诊治具有重要的临床意义.文章深入分析急性肠系膜缺血疾病的病因与病理机制,明确其临床症状与诊断方法,进一步探讨了实验室检查与影像学检查在疾病诊断中的应用价值,并提出了有效的治疗策略.通过综合运用文献回顾等研究方法揭示了急性肠系膜缺血疾病的治疗新进展,结果表明早期识别症状、及时诊断及合理治疗对提高患者生存率具有决定性作用.Acute mesenteric ischemic disease is a serious gastrointestinal disease,which is of great clinical significance because of its rapid development and death if not treated in time.The article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of acute mesenteric ischemic disease,clarifies its clinical symptoms and diagnostic methods,further discusses the application of laboratory tests and imaging tests in the diagnosis of the disease,and proposes effective treatment strategies.New advances in the treatment of acute mesenteric ischemic disease were revealed through the comprehensive use of literature review and other research methods,and the results showed that early recognition of symptoms,timely diagnosis and reasonable treatment play a decisive role in improving the survival rate of patients.
