儒学心理咨询与治疗的资源探析

摘　　要：儒家文化作为中国文化的主流思想形塑着国人的思维方式,处事模式,潜移默化的影响着中国人的生活,成为中国人生活的重要组成。儒家思想中蕴含着丰富的心理咨询与治疗资源。研究中国人的心理不能回避儒家思想,解决中国人的心理问题必须深入研究儒家文化。本文尝试从心理咨询的视角对儒学蕴含的心理咨询资源进行提取与梳理,从心理咨询理念、心理咨询关系、心理咨询方法以及心理咨询目标四个方面解析儒学思想中蕴含的心理咨询与治疗资源。Confucian culture,as the mainstream of Chinese culture,shapes the way of thinking and doing things of Chinese people,exerts a subtle influence on the life of Chinese people,and becomes an important component of Chinese people’s life.Confucianism contains abundant resources of psychological counseling and treatment.The study of Chinese psychology can not avoid Confucianism,to solve the problem of Chinese psychology must deeply study Confucian culture.This paper attempts to extract and sort out the psychological counseling resources contained in Confucianism from the perspective of psychological counseling,and discusses the psychological counseling and treatment resources contained in Confucianism from four aspects:the concept of psychological counseling,the relationship of psychological counseling,the method of psychological counseling and the goal of psychological counseling.
