摘  要:对花椒果皮微量元素进行鉴别和分类是花椒种质资源开发利用的基础,分析不同花椒种质微量元素含量的差异性,为当地筛选花椒优异种质。本文以陕西韩城花椒试验站收集的15种全国花椒特异种质为实验材料,采用ICP-MS法测定花椒中矿物质元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu和重金属元素Al、As、Cr、Cd、Pb、Hg共10种微量元素的含量。结果表明,花椒中矿物质元素含量Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,ZB7(莱芜大红袍)、ZB15(太空花椒)、ZB2(韩城大红袍(嫁接))、ZB1(仡佬无刺花椒)中4种矿物质元素总量最高;重金属元素含量Al>Cr>Pb>Cd>As>Hg,综合总金属含量和目标风险系数得出结论,ZB3(韩城大红袍(优株))、ZB10(莱芜大红袍)、ZB11(阳泉大红袍)、ZB6(临沂小花椒)的重金属含量更少,总风险系数小,患癌风险小,品质最好。Identifying and classifying trace elements in the pericarp of Zanthoxylum bungeanum is fundamental to the development and utilization of its germplasm resources.Analyzing the differences in trace element content among different Zanthoxylum germplasm can help select superior varieties locally.This paper uses 15 specific germplasm samples of Zanthoxylum bungeanum collected from the Zanthoxylum Experimental Station in Hancheng,Shaanxi Province as experimental materials.The ICP-MS method was employed to determine the content of 10 trace elements,including mineral elements(Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu)and heavy metal elements(Al,As,Cr,Cd,Pb,Hg),in Zanthoxylum.The results indicate that the content of mineral elements in Zanthoxylum is Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu.The total content of the four mineral elements is the highest in ZB7(Laiwu Dahongpao),ZB15(Space Zanthoxylum),ZB2(Hancheng Dahongpao(grafted)),and ZB1(Gelao non-spiny Zanthoxylum).For heavy metal elements,the content is Al>Cr>Pb>Cd>As>Hg.By considering the total metal content and the target risk coefficient,it is concluded that ZB3(Hancheng Dahongpao(excellent strain)),ZB10(Laiwu Dahongpao),ZB11(Yangquan Dahongpao),and ZB6(Linyi Xiaohuajiao)have lower heavy metal content,lower overall risk coefficients,lower cancer risks,and better quality.
