摘 要:废杂铝分选,即从含铝的废物中对铝进行分离提纯。我国废铝分选在机械化、自动化方面还存在较大发展空间,大多数再生铝生产厂家还处于手工分选的落后工艺状态。基于此,文章介绍了项目组在参观了美国和德国两家浮选设备厂家后,进行的浮选工艺研究改进、浮选核心机研究设计、浮选液密度恒定控制系统研究设计、进料斗及出料槽倾角设计等一系列自主研究,并开发出废杂铝浮选成套技术及设备的情况。Scrap aluminum separation refers to the separation and purification of aluminum from aluminum-containing waste.There is still a large space for development in mechanization and automation of waste aluminum separation in China,and most of the recycled aluminum manufacturers are still in the backward process state of manual separation.Based on this background,this paper introduces a series of independent research carried out by the project team after visiting two flotation equipment manufacturers in the United States and Germany.It includes the research and improvement of flotation process,the research and design of flotation core machine,the research and design of flotation liquid density constant control system,the design of hopper and discharge tank inclination angle,etc.In addition,the team also developed a complete set of technology and equipment for the flotation of scrap aluminum.
