摘 要:针对装配式混凝土建筑构件种类繁杂、尺寸较大的特点,在大规模堆场中采用人工或二维码难以有效识别和定位构件,文章基于UWB(超宽带)和RFID(射频识别)技术构建了分为四个层级的堆场管理系统,进而将功能模块划分为识别模块、定位模块、监控模块、数据模块和应用模块,实现对堆场构件的快速识别、精准定位和实时监测,可有效提高堆场利用率、管理效率和质量安全保障程度,促进智能建造技术在装配式建筑实施过程中的应用。In view of the complex types and large size of prefabricated concrete building components,it is difficult to effectively identify and locate components by manual or two-dimensional code in large-scale yards.Based on UWB(ultra-wideband)and RFID(radio frequency identification)technology,this paper constructs a yard management system divided into four levels,and then divides the functional modules into identification module,positioning module,monitoring module,data module and application module to realize rapid identification,accurate positioning and real-time monitoring of yard components.It can effectively improve the utilization rate,management efficiency and quality and safety guarantee of the yard,and promote the application of intelligent construction technology in the implementation process of prefabricated buildings.
