摘 要:将废旧轮胎作为道路工程填料是一种有效的处理废旧轮胎的措施。为了研究废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒与砂混合土在道路工程中的应用潜力,文章以橡胶砂为研究对象,通过直接剪切试验和动三轴试验讨论橡胶颗粒含量对饱和橡胶砂的抗剪强度及动变形特性的影响。研究结果表明,饱和橡胶砂的抗剪强度、黏聚力和内摩擦角均随着橡胶含量的增加而增大;饱和橡胶砂的最大动剪模量值随橡胶颗粒含量的增大而减小;橡胶颗粒含量增大时,橡胶砂动模量比衰减变慢。研究结果可为橡胶砂的工程应用提供借鉴。Using waste tires as road engineering filler is an effective measure to deal with waste tires.In order to study the application potential of waste tire rubber particles and sand mixed soil in road engineering,this paper takes rubber sand as the research object,and discusses the influence of rubber particle content on the shear strength and dynamic deformation characteristics of saturated rubber sand through direct shear test and dynamic triaxial test.The results show that the shear strength,cohesion and internal friction angle of saturated rubber sand increase with the increase of rubber content;the maximum dynamic shear modulus of saturated rubber sand decreases with the increase of rubber particle content;when the content of rubber particles increases,the attenuation of dynamic modulus ratio of rubber sand becomes slower.The research results can provide reference for the engineering application of rubber sand.
