我国个人养老金的研究动态及热点前沿——基于CiteSpace知识图谱的可视化计量分析

摘　　要：在国家大力推动个人养老金发展的背景下,本文以2002-2022年中国知网(CNKI)数据库刊载的北大核心期刊与CSSCI期刊为研究范畴,以“个人养老金”“第三支柱”“商业养老保险”为主题,用CiteSpace软件对作者机构、关键词等进行知识图谱的可视化分析。研究发现:从发文量看,发文热度随政策升温平稳上升;从发展阶段看,分三阶段进行缓慢探索;从政策文件看,呈现从政策允许到税收优惠的态势;从研究热点看,研究内容相对聚集;从作者及研究机构看,呈现小聚集大分散的合作网络。基于此,建议我国继续助推个人养老金制度行稳致远,明确个人养老金的可实施发展路径。Under the background of the national promotion of the development of personal pension,this paper takes the core journals of Peking University and CSSCI journals published in CNKI database from 2002 to 2022 as the research scope,and takes“personal pension”“third pillar”and“commercial pension insur⁃ance”as the theme.The author,research institution and key words of the sample literature were analyzed vi⁃sually by using CiteSpace.The findings are as follows:from the perspective of the number of published docu⁃ments,the popularity of published documents increases steadily with the policy;from the point of view of the development stage,the exploration is carried out slowly in three stages;from the perspective of policy docu⁃ments,it shows a trend from policy permitting to tax preferential;from the perspective of research hotspots,the research content is relatively clustered;from the perspective of authors and research institutions,there is a small aggregation and large dispersion of cooperation network.Based on this,it is suggested that China should continue to promote the stability of the personal pension system,and clarify the implementation of the development of personal pension.
