新医科视域下医工融合培养模式在临床肿瘤学科教学改革中的研究

摘　　要：医工融合是医学与工学的技术交叉、渗透,引入工科技术解决医学问题,服务于临床一线,以最大可能满足社会对提高医疗卫生服务水平的要求,减轻患者病痛、提升其生活质量。为探讨如何在医工融合模式下培养肿瘤诊疗领域的复合型人才,本文拟梳理新医科视域下临床肿瘤学科发展中医工融合现状、医工融合复合型人才培养思路、存在的主要问题及解决办法,为肿瘤学科的教学改革和临床实践提供新的理论参考。Medical-engineering integration refers to the technical crossover and penetration of medicine and engineering,introducing engineering technology to solve medical problems and serve clinical practice,in order to maximize the satisfaction of society's demand for improving the level of medical and health services,alleviating patients'suffering,and improving their quality of life.To explore how to cultivate interdisciplinary talents in the field of tumor diagnosis and treatment under the medical-engineering integration model,this article intends to sort out the current status of medical-engineering integration in the development of clinical oncology under the new medical perspective,the training ideas for interdisciplinary talents,the main problems and solutions,providing new theoretical references for the teaching reform and clinical practice of oncology.
