摘 要:室外GIS设备受运行环境影响,SF6气体泄漏率明显高于室内设备,有必要采取措施改善室外GIS运行环境,提高设备运行可靠性,减少因气体泄漏产生的温室气体排放。因此,提出在室外GIS设备中应用人字形和半凸字形2种钢结构防护棚,阐述2种防护棚的结构形式、适用范围及温室气体减排效益,以总用钢量最少为目标,在GIS钢结构防护棚满足强度刚度、电气安全和运维检修要求的前提下,提出钢结构防护棚设计参数的优化设计方法,并以已有人字形钢结构防护棚为例进行优化设计,使主刚架用钢量下降了20.43%,经济效益显著。As the outdoor GIS equipment is affected by the operating environment and the SF6gas leakage rate is significantly higher than that of indoor equipment,it is necessary to take measures to improve the operating environment of outdoor GIS,enhance the operating reliability of equipment,and reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by gas leakage.Therefore,two kinds of steel structure shelter as herringbone and semiconvex are proposed for the application in outdoor GIS equipment.The structural forms,scope of application and greenhouse gas emission reduction benefits of the two shelters are described.With the goal of minimizing the total steel consumption,an optimization design method for the parameters of steel structure shelters was proposed under the premise that GIS steel structure shelters meet the requirements of strength and stiffness,electrical safety,and operation and maintenance.Taking the existing herringbone steel structure shelters as an example,the optimization design reduced the steel consumption of the main rigid frame by 20.43%,and the economic benefits were significant.
