摘  要:三亚国际免税城一期二号地酒店项目有大跨度变截面钢梁,受施工条件的限制,综合考虑后采用悬臂拼装法进行施工。文章通过分析大跨度钢梁悬臂拼的装施工难点,制订了拼装施工方案,并对钢梁吊装吊重进行了分析,提出了相应的质量控制措施,用于指导钢梁吊装及相应措施的现场施工,确保以安全、合理、高效、文明和优质的施工组织开展钢结构工程的施工工作。The No.2 Hotel Project of CDF Mall Phase I has a large span variable cross-section steel beam.Due to the limitation of construction conditions,cantilever assembly method is adopted for construction after comprehensive consideration.By analyzing the construction difficulties of cantilever assembly of large-span steel beams,this paper formulates the assembly construction scheme,analyzes the hoisting load of steel beams,and puts forward the corresponding quality control measures,which are used to guide the hoisting of steel beams and the onsite construction of corresponding measures,so as to ensure the construction of steel structure engineering with safe,reasonable,efficient,civilized and high-quality construction organization.
