市政道路沥青混凝土路面微裂破碎改造施工技术研究

摘　　要：市政道路具有一定的特殊性,维护较为困难,尤其是在人流密集、车流量大的地区,维修路面的工作常造成交通拥堵。为此,文章提出了市政道路沥青混凝土路面微裂破碎改造施工技术。采用专业的破碎设备对路面进行微裂破碎处理,设计沥青混凝土路面的加铺层结构,将沥青混凝土均匀摊铺在路面上,利用压路机压实,完成混凝土注浆及成型养护。实例结果表明,使用市政道路沥青混凝土路面微裂破碎改造施工技术后,该工程的最大开裂块度均合格,有效改善了路面状况。Municipal roads have certain particularity,and maintenance is more difficult,especially in areas with dense crowds and large traffic flow.The maintenance of pavement often causes traffic congestion.Therefore,this paper puts forward the construction technology of microcracking and crushing transformation of municipal road asphalt concrete pavement.The professional crushing equipment is used to carry out micro-crack crushing treatment on the pavement,and the overlay structure of the asphalt concrete pavement is designed.The asphalt concrete is evenly paved on the pavement,and the roller is compacted to complete the concrete grouting and molding maintenance.The results of the example show that after using the construction technology of micro-cracking and crushing of municipal road asphalt concrete pavement,the maximum cracking block of the project is qualified,which effectively improves the pavement condition.
