摘  要:硬X射线自由电子激光装置项目建设了国内最大的超流氦低温系统,为了让系统中冷箱、压缩机等热耗较大的低温设备实现恒温调节,保证低温系统的正常稳定运行,需设置供水水温恒定的冷却水系统。文章从工艺要求、总体布局、方案设计、系统组成、运行模式及温度控制等方面细介绍了一号井低温工厂工艺冷却水系统设计,并在试运行期间对其进行能量回收和备用冷源流量验证试验,以验证设计效果,为类似项目的设计提供经验和借鉴。The hard X-ray free electron laser device project has built the largest superfluid helium cryogenic system in China.In order to make the cold box,compressor and other low-temperature equipment with large heat consumption in the system realize constant temperature regulation and ensure the normal and stable operation of the cryogenic system,it is necessary to set up a cooling water system with constant water supply temperature.In this paper,the design of process cooling water system in No.1 well low temperature plant is introduced in detail from the aspects of process requirements,overall layout,scheme design,system composition,operation mode and temperature control.During the trial operation,the energy recovery and standby cold source flow verification test are carried out to verify the design effect and provide experience andreference for the design of similar projects.
