摘  要:某高层住宅建筑物经对该工程墙、柱混凝土抗压强度进行质量检测,发现部分墙、柱结构构件的混凝土强度推定值不满足要求。文章依据检测报告中墙、柱结构构件的混凝土抗压强度的检测结果,对原结构进行复核验算。根据复核验算结果和检测建议,对原结构不满足要求的墙、柱结构构件进行加固设计。针对轴压比大于规范限值要求的框架柱,采用增大截面法进行加固处理;针对轴压比大于规范限值要求的剪力墙,采用全截面置换混凝土法进行加固处理,可供参考。Through the quality inspection of the compressive strength of the wall and column concrete of a high-rise residential building,it is found that the estimated value of the concrete strength of some wall and column structural members does not meet the requirements.According to the test results of concrete compressive strength of wall and column structural members in the test report,the original structure is checked and checked.According to the checking results and detection suggestions,the reinforcement design of the wall and column structural members which do not meet the requirements of the original structure is carried out.For the frame columns whose axial compression ratio is greater than the specification limit,the enlarged section method is used for reinforcement.For the shear wall whose axial compression ratio is greater than the specification limit,the full-section replacement concrete method is used for reinforcement,which can be used for reference.
