摘 要:大型医院建设项目专业性强,工序穿插较复杂,工程体量大,专业数量多,协调施工难度大。文章以漳县人民医院医疗综合楼及附属设施建设项目(一期)工程为例,基于BIM技术实现方案深化、管线综合排布、BIM参数化建模、施工过程工序模拟等,解决项目施工的重难点问题,验证了BIM全过程实施的优势与风险。项目顺利施工,证明BIM技术应用可行,优势明显,对今后类似项目深入推进BIM岗位级应用、提升各岗位工作效率具有重要意义。The large hospital construction project is professional,the process is complicated,the project volume is large,the number of professions is large,and the coordination construction is difficult.Taking the medical complex building and ancillary facilities construction project(Phase I)of Zhang county People's Hospital as an example,this paper solves the key and difficult problems of project construction based on BIM technology to realize scheme deepening,pipeline comprehensive arrangement,BIM parametric modeling and construction process simulation,and verifies the advantages and risks of BIM implementation in the whole process.The successful construction of the project proves that the application of BIM technology is feasible and has obvious advantages.It is of great significance for similar projects to further promote the application of BIM post level and improve the work efficiency of each post in the future.
