摘　　要：HR公司自成立以来,主要为H市供应煤气,其间共建设了4座低压螺旋湿式煤气柜,其储存的焦炉煤气和发生炉煤气在煤气供应中发挥了重要的储气调峰作用。2003年天然气入H市,2004—2006年煤气逐步减产,2006年煤气柜正式停用,17年间煤气柜停止检修,大多数设备处于自然老化状态,直至煤气柜拆除。由于煤气柜停用时间较长,拆除过程中的风险较大,文章结合HR公司湿式煤气柜的拆除实践,分析了煤气柜拆除过程中的常见安全风险及注意事项,总结了煤气柜拆除过程中的常见问题,并提出了相应的解决建议,为新安全形势下湿式煤气柜等工艺装置的拆除提供了思路。Since the establishment of HR Company,it has mainly supplied gas for H City,during which a total of four low-pressure spiral wet gas cabinets have been built.The stored coke oven gas and producer gas play an important role in gas storage and peak shaving in gas supply.In 2003,natural gas entered H city.From 2004 to 2006,the gas production was gradually reduced.In 2006,the gas holder was officially discontinued.During the 17 years,the gas holder was stopped for maintenance.Most of the equipment was in a natural aging state until the gas holder was removed.Because the gas tank is out of service for a long time,the risk in the process of demolition is relatively high.Based on the demolition practice of HR company's wet gas tank,this paper analyzes the common safety risks and precautions in the process of gas tank demolition,summarizes the common problems in the process of gas tank demolition,and puts forward corresponding solutions,which provides ideas for the demolition of wet gas tank and other process devices under the new security situation.
