摘  要:在经济与社会蓬勃发展的利好背景下,商务活动的数量与日俱增。商务谈判作为商务活动的重要组成部分,对商务活动的顺利进行起着至关重要的作用。成功的商务谈判必须掌握其中的谈判技巧,与对方进行有效的沟通,才能在谈判中获得令双方满意的结果。文章在概述商务谈判相关知识的基础上,探讨商务谈判的特点,阐述商务谈判人员的组织与管理,分析商务谈判产生僵局的原因,并总结了施工竣工结算中的人员商务谈判技巧。Under the background of economic and social development,the number of business activities is increasing day by day.As an important part of business activities,business negotiation plays a vital role in the smooth progress of business activities.Successful business negotiations must master the negotiation skills and communicate effectively with each other in order to obtain satisfactory results in the negotiations.On the basis of summarizing the relevant knowledge of business negotiation,this paper discusses the characteristics of business negotiation,expounds the organization and management of business negotiators,analyzes the causes of deadlock in business negotiation,and summarizes the business negotiation skills in construction completion settlement.
