摘  要:以氟石膏为主材,矿渣、硫铝酸盐水泥为辅材,通过外掺激发剂、减水剂、保水剂和消泡剂进行改性制备一种自流平材料。通过正交试验和ESEM分析手段研究各外加剂的最佳掺量和材料的水化机理,结果表明,在合适的激发条件下,氟石膏潜在的活性得到激发,由无水石膏转化为二水石膏并与水泥、矿粉水化产物形成致密的晶胶结构,养护28d抗折强度达到7.6MPa,抗压强度达到36.2MPa,对标JC/T 1023-2021《石膏基自流平砂浆》,各项性能均高于标准的要求。The self-leveling material was formulated by incorporating an activator,water reducing agent,water retaining agent,and defoamer into a mixture of fluorine gypsum as the primary component and slag and sulphate aluminate cement as auxiliary components.Through orthogonal testing and ESEM analysis,the optimal dosage of each additive and the hydration mechanism of the material were investigated.The results reveales that under suitable activation conditions,fluorine gypsum exhibited enhanced potential activity,leading to the transformation of anhydrous gypsum into dihydrate gypsum.It resulted in the formation of a compact crystalline structure with hydration products from cement and mineral powder.After 28 days of curing,the flexural strength reached 7.6 MPa while the compressive strength reached 36.2 MPa.These performance values exceed those required by JC/T 1023-2021"Gypsum based Self-Leveling Mortar."
