摘  要:本文使用硫铝酸盐水泥为基材,针对其早凝快、抗折性不好和容易干缩开裂等缺点,探究了修补砂浆中减水剂、缓凝剂、砂子粒径级配、矿物掺合料以及其他微量添加剂等组分对于修补砂浆物理性能的影响,制备出了符合国标要求的硫铝酸盐水泥基自流平修补砂浆,其28d抗压强度可达50MPa。In this study,sulphate aluminate cement was utilized as the base material.With the aim of addressing its drawbacks such as premature setting,low resistance to folding,and susceptibility to dry shrinkage cracking,investigations were conducted on the effects of water-reducing agents,retarding agents,sand particle size grading,mineral admixtures,and other trace additives on the physical properties of repair mortar.Consequently,a sulphate aluminate cement-based self-leveling repair mortar that complies with national standards was formulated.The compressive strength at 28 days can reach 50 MPa and its early strength was evaluated.
