主客体互倚中介模型的不孕不育夫妇生育压力、心理弹性与生活质量的相关性

摘　　要：目的:通过主客体互倚中介模型分析生育压力对不孕不育夫妇双方生活质量的影响与心理弹性的中介作用。方法:采用便利抽样法选取于苏州某三甲医院就诊的532对不孕不育夫妇作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、生育困难压力量表、心理弹性量表、生育生活质量量表进行横断面调查。通过主客体互倚中介模型分析不孕不育夫妇生育压力、心理弹性与生活质量之间的路径关系。结果:个体的生育压力负向预测夫妇双方的生活质量(β=-0.261,P<0.001;β=-0.061,P<0.05);个体的心理弹性正向预测双方的生活质量(β=0.557,P<0.001;β=0.152,P<0.01)。但个体的生育压力只能负向预测配偶的心理弹性(β=-0.028,P<0.05)。结论:高水平的心理弹性不仅有利于个人的生活质量,而且作为中介因素帮助配偶缓冲生育压力对生活质量的不利影响。Objective:To analyze the effect of fertility stress on the quality of life of infertile couples and the mediating role of resilience through actor-partner interdependence model extended to mediation(APIMeM).Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 532 infertile couples attending a tertiary hospital in Soochow as the study subjects.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the Basic Information Questionnaire,Fertility Problem Inventory,10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,and Fertility Quality of Life.The path relationships between fertility stress,resilience and quality of life of infertile couples were analysed by APIMeM.Results:Individuals'fertility stress negatively predicted couples'quality of life(β=-0.261,P<0.001;β=-0.061,P<0.05).Individuals'resilience positively predicted couples'quality of life(β=0.557,P<0.001;β=0.152,P<0.01).However,individuals'fertility stress only negatively predicted their partners'resilience(β=-0.028,P<0.05).Conclusion:High levels of resilience not only benefits the individuals'quality of life,but also acts as a mediator to help buffer their partners from the adverse effects of fertility stress on quality of life.
