摘 要:文章以广西梧州市苍容浔江大桥为例,就桥梁桩基工程泥浆护壁旋挖成孔灌注桩施工技术展开了深入研究。首先,研究泥浆护壁灌注桩旋挖成孔工艺,同时详细设计了旋挖成孔的过程。其次,进行水下混凝土的配制与灌注,确保桩基工程的质量符合要求,进而完成桥梁桩基工程泥浆护壁旋挖成孔灌注桩施工技术的设计。最后,实例分析结果表明,随着孔深的增加,孔中心位置倾斜程度增大,但是该工程的测试结果均符合施工要求,证明该技术具有较高的可行性。Taking Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge in Wuzhou City,Guangxi Province as an example,this paper conducts indepth research on the construction technology of slurrysupported rotary drilling hole filling cast-in-place pile in bridge pile foundation engineering.Firstly,the rotary drilling hole filling process of slurry-supported cast-in-place pile is studied,and the process of rotary drilling hole filling is designed in detail.Secondly,the preparation and pouring of underwater concrete are carried out to ensure that the quality of pile foundation engineering meets the requirements,and then the design of construction technology of slurrysupported rotary drilling hole filling cast-in-place pile in bridge pile foundation engineering is completed.Finally,the results of the case analysis show that with the increase of the hole depth,the inclination of the hole center position increases,but the test results of the engineering meet the construction requirements,which proves that the technology has high feasibility.
