建筑机械设备工作原理及维护保养措施分析

摘　　要：机械设备运行指标与性能指标直接影响建筑工程施工作业过程,若机械设备维护保养不佳,则会埋下安全质量隐患,因此,必须加强对建筑机械设备的重视。基于此,文章首先选取关键建筑机械设备分析其工作原理,进一步提出推出维护保养处理清单制度、人工智能指导维护保养决策、完善机械设备维护保养方案、注重机械设备故障检修质量四条建筑机械设备维护保养措施,以供参考。The operation index and performance index of mechanical equipment directly affect the construction process of construction engineering.If the maintenance of mechanical equipment is not good,it will bury hidden dangers of safety and quality.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the attention to construction mechanical equipment.Based on this,this paper first selects the key construction mechanical equipment to analyze its working principle,and further proposes four maintenance measures for construction mechanical equipment,including the introduction of maintenance treatment list system,the use of Artificial Intelligence to guide maintenance decisionmaking,the improvement of the mechanical equipment maintenance plan,and the emphasis on the quality of mechanical equipment troubleshooting,for reference.
