摘 要:在淤泥层基坑开挖施工过程中,动态监测能实时追踪深厚淤泥层基坑周围的地下水位,及时发现地下水位异常波动,进而提示施工人员采取措施防范地基涌水等水文风险。文章以华硕科技研发大楼新建工程为例,从控制测量、监测点布设、应急处理三个方面详细说明了深厚淤泥层基坑开挖动态监测的具体措施,以期更全面地管理和控制施工过程中可能出现的各种风险,确保工程顺利进行,最终达到可持续发展的目标。During the construction of foundation pit excavation in silt layer,dynamic monitoring can track the groundwater level around the foundation pit in deep silt layer in real time,detect the abnormal fluctuation in groundwater level in time,and then prompt construction personnel to take measures to prevent the hydrological risks such as foundation water gushing.Taking the newly-built project of ASUS Science and Technology R&D Building as an example,this paper explains in detail the specific measures of dynamic monitoring of foundation pit excavation in deep silt layer from three aspects:control measurement,monitoring point layout and emergency treatment,in order to manage and control various risks that may occur in the construction process more comprehensively,ensure the smooth progress of the project,and finally achieve the goal of sustainable development.
