普通国省道公路安全生产风险防范化解策略研究

摘　　要：普通国省道公路的维护与保障是国家交通基础设施建设的重要组成部分,在保障道路畅通的过程中,安全生产风险的防范与化解一直是一项挑战。文章通过深入研究公路安全生产存在的风险,提出了一系列策略,包括建立完善的安全体制机制、重视重点领域安全治理、积极推进公路智慧巡查、优化国省道管养作业区布置、完善公路专项养护安全管理、提升装备规范化管理水平以及进一步探索安全设施的应用等,旨在全面提升普通国省道公路的安全运营管理水平。The maintenance and protection of ordinary national and provincial highways is an important part of national transportation infrastructure construction.In the process of ensuring smooth road traffic,the prevention and resolution for safety production risks has always been a challenge.Through in-depth research on the risks existing in highway safety production,this paper puts forward a series of strategies,including establishing a sound safety system and mechanism,emphasizing safety management in key areas,actively promoting highway intelligent inspection,optimizing the layout of national and provincial highway management and maintenance operation areas,improving the safety management of highway special maintenance,enhancing the standardized management level of equipment and further exploring the application of safety facilities,aiming at comprehensively improving the safety operation and management level of ordinary national and provincial highways.
