摘 要:针对矿粉掺量和夏季施工现场高温环境对混凝土力学性能的影响,开展了不同试验工况下混凝土抗压强度的统计研究,试验变量包括四种配合比(0%,10.42%,20.83%,25%的S95级矿粉掺量)以及两种养护条件(标准养护和现场高温养护)。在试验研究基础上,采用回归拟合分析,提出了考虑矿粉掺量和养护温度的混凝土抗压强度的概率模型,并运用已有文献数据进行了该概率模型的验证。结果表明,矿粉掺量对混凝土初期抗压强度的影响比其对混凝土后期抗压强度的影响更强,现场高温养护条件下混凝土抗压强度均值和变异系数比标准养护条件下混凝土抗压强度均值和变异系数要大,文中提出的考虑矿粉掺量和养护温度的混凝土抗压强度概率模型具有较好适用性,可以为相同或近似配合比的混凝土抗压强度预测提供理论参考。Considering the effects of mineral powder content and high temperature of the construction site in summer on the mechanical properties of concrete,this paper statistically studied the compressive strength of concrete under different test conditions.The test variables included four mix ratios(0%,10.42%,20.83% and 25% of S95 grade mineral powder content)and two curing conditions(standard curing and on-site high temperature curing).On the basis of the above statistical research and regression method,this paper proposed a probabilistic model of concrete incorporating the mineral powder content and curing temperature.This probabilistic model was verified by existing literature data.The results show that the influence of mineral powder content on the compressive strength of concrete at the early age is stronger than that at the later age.The mean value and coefficient of variation of the compressive strength of concrete under the on-site high temperature curing condition are larger than that under the standard curing condition.The proposed probabilistic model of the compressive strength of concrete considering the mineral powder content and curing temperature has good applicability and can provide theoretical reference for the prediction of the compressive strength of concrete with the same or similar mix ratio.
