机械抬升联合有机注浆方法在铁路道口病害治理中的应用

摘　　要：以某铁路道口病害治理案例为依托,针对基床表层翻浆冒泥和砂浆层细颗粒流失双重病害引起的轨道板沉降及不均匀沉降难题,首次发明和制作了专用抬升装备,并采用机械抬升联合有机注浆方法进行治理。结果表明,底座板两端土体加固可有效封堵有机注浆渗漏通道和基床表层翻浆冒泥通道;改性聚氨酯有机注浆对于基床表层翻浆冒泥加固效果良好;首次发明和制作的专用机械抬升装备具有安装便利、抬升力大、抬升速度快、不均匀抬升、抬升和下降可调、精度高等多项功能,抬升效果好;机械抬升联合有机注浆方法对于基床表层翻浆冒泥和砂浆层细颗粒流失综合病害具有很强的适用性,不仅可以对基床表层和砂浆层进行加固,还可以实现多块不均匀沉降轨道板的抬升和找平。Based on a case study of a railway crossing disease treatment,a dedicated lifting equipment was invented and manufactured for the first time to address the problem of track plate settlement and uneven settlement caused by the dual diseases of the surface layer of the foundation bed,mud pouring and loss of fine particles in the mortar layer.Mechanical lifting combined with organic grouting method was used for treatment.The results show that soil reinforcement at both ends of the base plate can effectively seal the organic grouting leakage channel and the mud pouring channel on the surface of the foundation bed;The modified polyurethane organic grouting has a good effect on the reinforcement of the surface layer of the foundation bed with mud pouring and mud seepage;The specialized mechanical lifting equipment invented and produced for the first time has multiple functions such as convenient installation,large lifting force,fast lifting speed,uneven lifting,adjustable lifting and lowering,high accuracy,and good lifting effect;The mechanical lifting combined with organic grouting method has strong applicability for the comprehensive diseases of the surface layer of the foundation bed,such as mud pouring and loss of fine particles in the mortar layer.It can not only reinforce the surface layer of the foundation bed and the mortar layer,but also achieve the lifting and leveling of multiple uneven settlement track boards.
