摘 要:在不溶性硫磺生产过程中,急冷效果不仅会影响产品质量,还对生产能耗和成本起决定性作用。引入了冶金行业热处理的理论和经验公式,对不同急冷方式的传热过程进行了模拟计算,认为雾化急冷的传热系数远大于淬火急冷,是提高冷却速率、提升急冷效果的良好选择。In the production process of insoluble sulfur,the quenching effect not only affects the product quality,but also plays an essential role in the production energy consumption and cost.The theoretical and empirical formulas of heat treatment in the metallurgical industry are presented,and the heat transfer process of different chilling methods is simulated and calculated.It is concluded that the heat transfer coefficient of atomization chilling is much greater than that of quench chilling which is a good choice to increase the cooling rate and enhance the chilling effect.
