摘  要:基于某公司拥有优质的磷复肥产品,且附近有大量的养殖畜牧业,对发展有机—无机复混肥十分有利。试验考察了采用低养分的工业一铵渣和低成本的有机肥(动物粪便发酵的有机肥)、腐植酸、黄腐酸等原料,制备有机—无机复混肥的工艺流程、产品质量及生产成本,试验结果表明:制备的产品品种多样,质量均符合国家标准或行业标准规定的指标要求,且生产成本较低,利于综合利用工业一铵渣,有效提高其附加值。Based on the fact that a company has high-quality phosphate compound fertilizer products and there are a large number of livestock breeding nearby,it is very beneficial to the development of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer.The test examines the process flow,product quality and production cost of producing organic-inorganic compound fertilizer using low-nutrient industrial monoammonium slag and low-cost organic fertilizer(organic fertilizer fermented from animal feces),humic acid,fulvic acid and other feedstocks.The test findings show that the finished products are diverse in variety,the quality meets the specification requirements by national standards or industry standards,and the production cost is low,which is conducive to the comprehensive utilization of industrial monoammonium slag and effectively improves its added value.
