摘　　要：针对某芳烃抽提装置溶剂回收塔重沸器回收塔重沸器振动问题,检修发现发生振动的主要原因是重沸器安装位置不当、结构设计不合理、汽提气分配器入口管线设计缺陷等,并提出相应的技术改造方案,彻底解决了重沸器振动问题。For the vibration issue of the solvent recovery tower reboiler of an aromatics extraction unit,the main causes for the vibration are identified to be improper installed position of the reboiler,unreasonable structural design,and design defects of the stripping gas distributor inlet pipe,etc.,and a corresponding retrofit scheme is proposed to fully address the vibration issue of the reboiler.
