曲安奈德联合点阵式CO_(2)激光治疗外阴硬化性苔藓疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨曲安奈德联合点阵式CO_(2)激光治疗外阴硬化性苔藓(VLS)的临床疗效。方法选取120例VLS患者,随机均分为药物组(曲安奈德)、激光组(点阵式CO_(2)激光)和联合组(曲安奈德联合点阵式CO_(2)激光)。比较各组临床疗效、临床症状和体征、生活质量,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果激光组和联合组临床总有效率高于药物组,且联合组高于激光组(P<0.05)。激光组、联合组总不良反应发生率低于药物组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,各组治疗后瘙痒、性生活疼痛、皮肤弹性、皮肤颜色、病变范围、皮肤病生活质量指数、女性性苦恼量表评分均有下降;且药物组、激光组、联合组依次下降(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合点阵式CO_(2)激光治疗VLS,可有效改善临床症状和体征,提高生活质量,安全性较高。Aim To explore the clinical efficacy of combined therapy of triamcinolone acetonide and dot matrix CO_(2)laser on the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus(VLS).Methods 120 VLS patients were randomly divided into drug group(triamcinolone acetonide),laser group(dot matrix CO_(2)laser),and combination group(triamcinolone acetonide combined with dot matrix CO_(2)laser).The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and signs,and quality of life of each group were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results The total clinical effective rate of the laser group and the combination group was higher than that of the drug group,and the combination group was higher than that of the laser group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the laser group and combination group was lower than that in the drug group(P<0.05).Compared with the situations before treatment,itching,sexual pain,skin elasticity,skin color,lesion range,dermatology life quality index,and emale sexual distress scale-revised scores were decreased in all groups after treatment,and the drug group,laser group,and combination group were decreased sequentially(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of triamcinolone acetonide and dot matrix CO_(2)laser therapy for VLS can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs,improve quality of life,and have high safety.
