摘  要:InSAR是一种用于水库大坝表面位移监测的新技术,具有周期性、低延迟的特点,且能回溯历史数据。利用老挝桑片-桑南内水库大坝溃坝前期及溃坝期间的卫星影像,收集溃坝前后的大坝表面位移监测数据和降雨数据,对大坝自身和管理方面的溃坝原因进行了分析,结果表明大坝溃坝前已发生较明显的异常变形趋势。本研究将InSAR技术引入大坝风险管理中,能有效减少溃坝事故的发生。InSAR is a new technology for surface displacement monitoring of reservoir dams,which has periodicity,low delay,and the ability to backtrack historical data.By using satellite images of Xe Pian-Xe Namnoy reservoir dam before and during the dam failure period and collecting the surface displace-ment monitoring data and rainfall data before and after dam failure,the reasons for dam failure in terms of dam itself and management are analyzed.Results show that there has been an obvious abnormal defor-mation trend before dam failure.This study introduces InSAR technology into dam risk management,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of dam failure accidents.
