摘　　要：为清除小峡水电站尾水河道淤积物,国投甘肃小三峡发电有限公司积极研究制定施工方案,合理配置资源,精心组织施工,严格管控过程,攻克施工难题。在枯水期采用分段开挖,顺利完成尾水河道疏浚工程,确保发电机组安全运行,改变尾水流态,有利于水土保持,并为汛期防洪排涝打下良好基础。In order to clear sediment in the river downstream of Xiaoxia hydropower station,SDIC Gan-su Xiaosanxia Power Co.,Ltd.actively developed the construction plan,reasonably allocated resources,carefully organized construction,strictly controlled process and overcame construction difficulties.Dur-ing the dry season,segmented excavation was adopted to successfully complete the river dredging proj-ect,ensured the safe operation of power generation units and changed the flow pattern of tailwater,which was beneficial for soil and water conservation,and laid a good foundation for flood control and drainage during the flood season.
