摘 要:葡萄白粉病是葡萄上一种常见的叶部病害,不仅降低葡萄产量,还严重影响葡萄品质和经济效益。为筛选防治葡萄白粉病的高效安全杀菌剂,明确不同杀菌剂对葡萄白粉病的防效及对葡萄的安全性,本文选取了8种生产上已登记的杀菌剂开展葡萄白粉病田间药效试验。结果表明:所有供试杀菌剂对葡萄白粉病均具有一定的防效且安全,在5个化学杀菌剂中30%己唑·乙嘧酚微乳剂有效成分用量120.0 mg/kg和40%苯甲·吡唑酯悬浮剂有效成分用量228.6 mg/kg对葡萄白粉病的防效均达80%以上,且持效性较长;在3个生物杀菌剂中对葡萄白粉病防效最好的是10%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂有效成分用量111.1 mg/kg,末次药后7、14 d的防效分别为72.5%和71.6%。30%己唑·乙嘧酚微乳剂、40%苯甲·吡唑酯悬浮剂和10%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂在生产上具有良好的推广应用前景,但应注意与其他药剂交替轮换使用,以延缓葡萄白粉病病菌产生抗药性。Grape powdery mildew is a common leaf disease of grapes,which not only reduces grape yield,but also seriously affects grape quality and economic benefits.In order to screen efficient and safe fungicides for controlling grape powdery mildew,clarify the control effects of different fungicides against grape powdery mildew and their safty for grapes,this paper selected 8 kinds of registered fungicides against grape powdery mildew in production to conduct field efficacy trials.The results showed that all the tested fungicides had certain control effects against grape powdery mildew and they were safe for grape.Among the five chemical fungicides,30%hexazole·ethoxyphene ME 120.0 mg/kg(effective ingredient dosage)and 40%pyraclostrobin·difenoconazole SC 228.6 mg/kg(effective ingredient dosage)both had a controleffectofover 80%againstgrape powdery mildew and had a longerlasting effect;among three biological fungicides,10%polyoxin WP 111.1 mg/kg(effective ingredient dosage)had the best control effect against grape powdery mildew,on the 7th and 14th days after the last application of fungicides,the control effects against grape powdery mildew were 72.5%and 71.6%,respectively.30%hexazole·ethoxyphene ME,40%pyraclostrobin·difenoconazole SC and 10%polyoxin WP had good prospects for promotion and application in production,but attention should be paid to alternating with other tested fungicides to delay the development of resistance of grape powdery mildew pathogens.
