摘　　要：伯乐树为伯乐树科伯乐树属落叶乔木,是中国特有的单种科属树种,属于国家一级重点保护植物、国家一级珍贵树种,在研究被子植物的系统发育和古地理、古气候等方面有重要科学价值。本文介绍了伯乐树的利用价值、植物学特征、自然分布及生长特征,总结了伯乐树播种繁育技术、扦插繁育技术、组织培养繁育技术及幼苗生长特性、迁地保护技术等方面的最新研究进展,同时对伯乐树的研究前景进行了展望,针对存在的问题提出了未来的研究方向,以期为伯乐树的保护和利用提供参考。Bretschneidera sinensis is a deciduous tree of the genus of Bretschneidera in the family of Bretschneideraceae,which is an endemic monotypic species and genus in China,belonging to the first-grade national key protected plants and first-grade national precious tree species.It has important scientific value in the study of phylogeny of angiosperms,paleogeography,paleoclimate and other aspects.This paper introduced the utilizing value,botanical characteristics,natural distribution and growth characteristics of Bretschneidera sinensis,summarized the latest research advances on three kinds of breeding technology of Bretschneidera sinensis(seeding propagation technology,cuttage propagation technology and tissue culture propagation technology),as well as the seedling growth characteristics and relocation protection technology,etc.Meanwhile,it also looked forward to the research prospect of Bretschneidera sinensis,and put forward the future research direction in view of the existing problems,so as to provide references for the conservation and utilization of Bretschneidera sinensis.
