摘　　要：斯坦福大学向创业型大学转型具有深刻的内涵,实质上是一种由“传统型”产学战略到“创业型”产学战略的转型。其转型具有复杂的动因,既受到区域经济发展的期待、政府财政政策的变化等外部因素的影响,也受到应对竞争压力的需要、深化社会服务的需要等内部因素的影响。斯坦福大学向创业型大学转型具有多样的路径,包括强有力的领导核心、拓展性的发展外围、多元化的资金来源、被激活的学术核心、多样性的教学体系、卓越性的师资队伍、开拓性的创业文化、创新性的转型机制等。斯坦福大学向创业型大学转型取得积极的成效,引领校友创业文化,促进学科创新发展,引领高校创业风尚,引领社会服务取向,引领产业园区发展。斯坦福大学向创业型大学转型具有重要的启示,在建设创业型大学的过程中要树立正确的战略转型方向、直面复杂的战略转型挑战、遵循科学的战略转型逻辑。Stanford University's transformation to entrepreneurial university has complex motivations,which are not only affected by external factors such as the expectations of regional economic development and changes in government fiscal policies,but also by internal factors such as the need to respond to competitive pressures and the need to deepen social services.Stanford University's transformation into an entrepreneurial university has various pathways including strengthened steering core,expanded developmental periphery,diversified funding base,stimulated academic heartland,diversified teaching system,excellent faculty,pioneering entrepreneurial culture,innovative transformation mechanism,etc.Stanford University's transformation to entrepreneurial university has achieved positive results of leading the entrepreneurial culture of alumni,promoting the innovation and development of disciplines,leading the entrepreneurial fashion of universities,leading the orientation of social services,and leading the development of industrial parks.Stanford University's transformation to entrepreneurial university has important enlightenment.
