摘　　要：针对传统电子商务运营架构平台对用户信息处理不足导致卖家获取到的买家需求信息不准确的问题。提出基于区块链的电子商务运营架构优化基平台体系。在平台技术架构中,选择MVC和SSH架构联用,同时运用权限导航树方法,对登录用户进行权限查询。运用区块链原则建立用户信息云数据库,使用XML进行程序描述来处理平台客户端业务。在平台中通过短信网关与手机运营商网点建立协议,建立平台短信服务,通过上述设计实现基于区块链的电子商务运营架构优化基平台体系构建。设计对比实验,结果表明,对某商务运营平台中的买家评论数据进行买家关注识别,通过本文设计的平台体系识别准确度更高,说明其运营性能更好。The traditional e-commerce operation platform does not deal with user information sufficiently,which leads to inaccurate buyer demand information obtained by sellers.The platform platform is proposed to optimize the architecture of e-commerce operations based on the blockchain.In the technical structure of the platform,MVC and SSH architecture are selected for combination,and the authority navigation tree method is used to query the login user's authority.The user information cloud database is established by using the principle of blockchain,and the client service of the platform is processed by using XML program description.In the platform,the protocol was created between the SMS gateway and the mobile operator's network,and the SMS service was created for the platform.By the above design,the optimization of ecommerce process engineering is built on the basis of the blockchain.The results showed that the recognition accuracy of the platform system designed in this paper is higher,indicating that the operating performance is better.
