摘　　要：结合某大型医疗建筑项目创鲁班奖要求,以标准、精细、创新为核心,提出了SMI质量控制体系,通过前期策划、技术创新、全过程管控等一系列措施,提升整个项目的工程质量水平,取得了良好社会经济效益,为后续类似工程提供了质量管控参考。Combined with a large medical construction project and Luban award requirements,standard,meticulousness,innovation as the core,put forward the SMI quality control system,through the early planning,technology innovation,the whole process control and a series of measures,improve the quality of the whole project,achieved good social and economic benefits,for subsequent quality control of similar engineering for reference.
