摘　　要：论文以某砌体结构宿舍楼改造项目为工程实例,介绍房屋现场检测鉴定的主要方法和过程,并根据鉴定结果采用盈建科软件建立模型进行计算分析,对房屋的安全性、抗震性进行评级,以及对房屋的综合安全性进行评定,为类似改造项目检测鉴定提供参考价值。This article mainly takes a masonry structure dormitory building renovation project as an engineering example,introduces the main methods and processes of on-site inspection and appraisal of houses,and uses Yingjianke software to establish a model for calculation and analysis based on the appraisal results.And evaluate the safety and seismic resistance of the house,as well as the comprehensive safety of the house,providing reference value for similar renovation project testing and identification.
