摘　　要：屋面防水工程质量的好坏直接关系到建筑的质量,影响建筑使用寿命的长短,同时关系到业主的居住舒适度和满意度。因此,对建筑屋面防水工程的设计、施工进行深入的分析与探讨具有十分重大的意义。为进一步提高建筑防水工程质量,文章将结合建筑屋面渗漏的实际工程经验,就渗漏原因为研究切入点,详细分析了屋面防水工程的质量风险,并从设计、施工等角度提出了屋面防水工程质量控制策略,为新时期房建工程防水体系的优化提供参考。The quality of the roof waterproof project is directly related to the quality of the building,affecting the length of the service life of the building,and related to the owner's living comfort and satisfaction.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply analyze and discuss the design and construction of building roof waterproofing project.In order to further improve the quality of building waterproof engineering,this paper will combine the practical engineering experience of building roof leakage,take the leakage cause as the research entry point,analyze the quality risk of roof waterproof engineering in detail,and put forward the quality control strategy of roof waterproof engineering from the perspectives of design and construction,so as to provide reference for the optimization of waterproof system of building construction engineering in the new era.
