起重机更换对结构承载性能分析研究

摘　　要：某厂房为混凝土排架结构,距今已使用约20年,目前厂房内部混凝土构件已出现不同程度的损伤。考虑生产需要厂房内起重机需由16T更换为32T,当前已完成设备更换但尚未投入使用,为保证该厂房在吊车荷载增加作用下的结构安全可靠,需对厂房内部结构构件进行承载能力分析,并对该厂房进行结构安全性鉴定,分析结果可为同类型混凝土排架厂房的起重机更换提供参考。A certain factory building is a concrete truss structure that has been in use for about 20 years.Currently,the internal concrete components of the factory building have suffered varying degrees of damage.Considering the production needs,the crane in the factory building needs to be replaced from 16T to 32T.The equipment has been replaced but has not yet been put into use.In order to ensure the structural safety and reliability of the factory building under the increasing load of the crane,it is necessary to analyze the bearing capacity of the internal structural components of the factory building and conduct a structural safety assessment of the factory building.The analysis results can provide reference for the replacement of cranes in the same type of concrete truss factory building.
